Youssef Boughaba ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Vozi Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Vozi Pro is a "Bring Your Own Playlist" (BYOP) media utility. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not actively collect, store, or transmit your personal names, emails, or private playlist URLs to any external servers owned by us. All playlist data and viewing history remain stored locally on your device or in your private Apple iCloud Keychain.
2. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To support the development and maintenance of Vozi Pro, we use Google AdMob as a third-party advertising provider.
- Cookies and Identifiers: AdMob may use cookies, mobile device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), and other technologies to collect information about your interactions with the app to serve personalized advertisements.

By downloading or using Vozi Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.
1. Nature of the Service (BYOP)
Vozi Pro is strictly a media player utility. The app does not supply, distribute, or promote any media content, live streams, or playlists.
- You must provide your own media content (Bring Your Own Playlist).
- Youssef Boughaba has no affiliation with any third-party IPTV providers or content creators.
- We strictly condemn the viewing or distribution of pirated or copyright-infringing material. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access the content you load into the app.
2. Ad-Supported Model
Vozi Pro is provided to you for free, supported by third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that:
- Advertisements will be displayed within the user interface.
- Third-Party Content: Youssef Boughaba is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products promoted within these third-party advertisements.
3. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted or be entirely error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Note regarding content: Please remember that Vozi Pro is merely a video player. We do not provide, sell, or host any TV channels, movies, or shows. If a specific channel is buffering or offline, you must contact your playlist provider directly.
